Eleones is a representative Cretan extra virgin olive oil, derived from selected, traditionally cultivated, olive groves in the area of ​​Heraklion. It is strict single-variety, from the famous Koroneiki variety, which offers, since antiquity, one of the finest olive oils worldwide. The olive fruit is harvested around the middle of November with special care, without injuring the tree or the seed and inside a few hours follows the squeezing and the "cold" extraction of the olive oil.
